Final Sale

All Belle Delux hair products are final sale. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility Exceptions

Returns or replacements are only considered in the rare event that:

  • You receive an incorrect item, or

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for review.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Condition Requirements

Approved replacements must involve products that are:

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • In original packaging

  • Free of odors, styling, cutting, or product use

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Belle Delux will issue a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not provided.

Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of length, color, or style

  • Damage caused by wear, styling, or improper care
